AT&T and Cingular are only slightly evil. On the other hand, Legacy, which has hijacked several pay phones in Redwood City, should burn in hell. BEWARE. On April 12th, while traveling north to meet D and then go to a Hookslide concert, I ended up spending over $27 to make two local calls via pay phone. Admittedly, this was an avoidable error on my part, but it doesn’t excuse the deceptive and predatory practices of the pay phone operator.

I hate money. My checking account bounced this week, which came as a total shock to me. There should have been at least a grand left in the account. I called the bank and transferred some money from savings (which we needed to pay our grad school tuition), but still had no idea how my mental tabulation of our balance had gotten so far off.

I wish there was a nicer way to say it: I hate banks. I cannot believe that they treat their consumers so poorly. It took a few years to get to this point, mind you. But when you have been thousands of dollars in debt, flat broke, and in need of a solution, you start to hate banks very quickly.

Never again will I buy goods from a supplier who uses Citylink for the delivery. Total lack of flexibility or common sense from their operatives. Very dissapointing to say that once again, a British company showing why U.S. companies (like UPS and FedEx) are leading the way.

The thing is I hate most of those who work in McDonald’s. Yeah, I understand they are miserable. Otherwise they won’t go work in Mac, after all, but the fact they are doing their “McJob” as it is, doesn’t mean the customers should suffer.

Yes, everybody here is absolutely right. UPS is just so awkward; it seems that they don’t think about the customer at all. They want to work the days and the time that fits best for them. They don’t think that most of their customers work when they want to deliver. UPS people, if you have time to listen to your valuable customers, let me tell you that WE FEED YOU, DON’T BITE THE HAND THAT FEEDS YOU. Your service generates a lot of rage in many customers.

Personally, I hate them because their coffee sucks and they are everywhere. You can’t escape them. However, there are plenty of other great reasons to hate Starbucks: (Before the Starbuckers begin their rebuttals, yes I know they sell Fair Trade coffee. But why do they continue to sell Un-Fair Trade coffee? All the drinks are made with sweatshop style labor. The Fair Trade stuff is sold in the bean form only, to go. The sales of Fair Trade make up less than 0.001 % of total sales for the company.)

Ok, I live in Memphis, and God forbid I expect a least average service. So where did my travels in search of food take me this time, ahhh my to… yes to the local KFC’s. Let me set the scene, its Sunday night , just turned 9pm and I still haven’t had time to get dinner, so I enter my local KFC… 3 piece meal please!

Ok, I have been in Memphis for a little over a year now. Up to about 4 months ago I just walked away from one bad service experience after another. I then thought wait, you need to let people know. So when I received bad service, I politely now ask them why? Ok, because I am the laziest cook ever I eat out all the time, and I will post one experience at a time. Let me first say: everything I say here is true, I have not embellished it in anyway. You will understand why I have said this once you start seeing what happens.
