I hate Dallas Green’s Voice
Music December 7th, 2007Dallas Green… I hate his music, I hate his appearance and I LOATHE his voice now to ONE event. Every night that me and my girlfriend would be talking to one another it would be a regular discussion then it would turn into a sappy and romantic discussion, she’d always tell me how gorgeous and special I was to her. She’d always say I had the most beautiful and amazing voice and that it could bring her to tears every time she heared me talk…
Then one day, all that changed, my voice is no longer the most amazing voice to her, and the one that is now is that of Dallas Green. I personally find his music sickening, his appearance sickening, and his voice just angers the hell out of me. It really hurts to have the girl you love say every day how amazing your voice is, and how beautiful it is, then drop it like it’s a tonne of bricks and jump after some freak… It angers the hell out of me! I don’t care if you love his voice or his music, his look or his personality, everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
And another opinion from myself is that the new-age of music has gone WAY downhill… people EXACTLY like Dallas Green keep popping up and everyone pounces on them like it’s a religion. I hate today’s music, so called “punk-rock” bands have disgraced what actually was punk-rock. Bands such as Fallout Boy just sicken me, the new age emo crap and screamo just irritate the hell out of me. Like, what is so amazing about hearing a guy weep and cry like a little girl? Or a guy screaming like he has a gaping hole in his wind pipe and no voicebox? How is that music? Honestly. All the new bands are completely disgusting. People like Dallas Green sicken me, and that’s that. The songs I’ve heared from him sound like he’s going to bust a testicle from singing so high pitched, and sounds like he’s going to start bawling his eyes out about the slightest thing… I’d seriously hate to see that guy when something bad ACTUALLY DOES happen… but, I’d be prepared… lots and lots of icecream and “comfort” food. Afterall, don’t girls resort to that when they get upset?
If you like his music or his appearance, fine, that’s just great, good for you! I personally find all this stereotypical shit sickening. I hate it… and I personally hate him, I’ve hated his music, I’ve hated his look, I’ve hated his voice, and I say this with great pride and in a tranquil state… Dallas Green, I hate YOU! Every time I hear his voice… it brings back the memories of my girlfriend complimenting ME over MY voice, and not throwing her hands in the air for some girlish looking, acoustic playing loser. Clearly this is a sign of jealousy, but frankly, I don’t care! Because of him, I’ve lost status, compliments and self esteem (as to which I lacked in the first place). So I am MAN enough to admit that it’s jealousy… I personally don’t care, I don’t like his music, I don’t like his look, his personality or his damned voice!

I thought Dallas Green was a baseball manager. I assume you are from Canada–I have never heard of the band Alexisonfire but if they are anything like Fall Out Boy, then I am glad I haven’t. But if your GF liked your voice, and she likes this guy’s voice, then what do you sound like?

what the hell?! Alexisonfire is not a punk rock band, they are hard rock. they are nothing like Fall Out Boy (trust me)
Get over it, so what his voice is all your girlfriend talks about, thats not his problem. you make it sound like he went out to get you.

U ARE A F**ING IDIOT honestly get over yourself, u are the whinest little b***h i have ever heard in my intire live. I would.nt be suprised if u where some little 14 year old that has been with that girl for a week and she probably felt sorry for you and told you that you had a nice voice to begin with. Dallas Green is a god and you are NOOOOOOOOOO way on the same level as him. so suck it up,move on, and stop then god dam crying already.

The fact that you utilize your right to complain and whimper like a little dog is quite notable. The point in focus here, is if your girlfriend has a thing for Dallas’ voice, and you hate it, tell her. If she does not want to comply with any of your wishes i.e., shutting her mouth, then she shouldn’t be good enough for you; but of course I can definately second thought that because no one likes a whiney bitch.
I fell like Im embodied by Dr. Phil at the moment but come on, instead of ranting about some person you dont know, deal with it. As for the fact that I do know Dallas, and have worked with him for a good 3 years now, tells me that you have your opinions all wrong, and you need to hide your cave, and think long and hard about who you are pointing fingers at.

First of all, I am surprised at how this blog has been revived and it is quite entertaining. I respect your right to call me as you wish, but I also must remind you, that it is only a blog, and there is no need to be so serious. As for “tells me that you have your opinions all wrong, and you need to hide your cave” re-read what I said. Who are you to define my opinions for me? Opinions are only to be determined by those who are stating them, as I have done. You cannot force-feed someone information in the vain and futile attempt that they will “realize” they are wrong. My opinion forever stands. You can tell me to think long and hard over who I am pointing fingers at, but the fact still remains that it was my opinion, and you have no right to say that my opinion isn’t justified. Opinions are neutral, they can be changed, CAN be swayed, but cannot be contradicted. For the adolescent up top, screaming about IP addresses… It’s simple, anyone can track an IP address so long as you are even the slightest bit computer-literate.
