McDonald’s Poor Staff – Hatred Me!
Service January 25th, 2006The thing is I hate most of those who work in McDonald’s. Yeah, I understand they are miserable. Otherwise they won’t go work in Mac, after all, but the fact they are doing their “McJob” as it is, doesn’t mean the customers should suffer.
Any of us should have ever been to McDonald’s. If you haven’t, please give me your photo. I’ll print it on a T-shirt and will make loads of money by selling symbolic clothes with a photo of someone who has never been to this network of free toilets. But that’s not the topic.
The thing is I hate most of those who work in McDonald’s. Yeah, I understand they are miserable. Otherwise they won’t go work in Mac, after all, but the fact they are doing their “McJob” as it is, doesn’t mean the customers should suffer.
Oh, please, if you find that nasty service pleasant and customer-friendly, go ahead. I have nothing against it. But personally I hate all these artificial smiles and “let-me-pretend-I-am-pleased-with-each-customer”. They hate us. Yes. McDonald’s staff hates us and that is obvious. Try working in a place like this and we’ll see how you treat customers after a week or so.
And there it goes – they hate us, we hate them. The difference is that we can afford hating them openly. And they should suppress their hate in themselves, cultivating it until it bursts out. I’m really surprised any of the McDonald’s stuff hasn’t killed hundreds of customers with his automatic gun or something. Wanna work in McDonalds? Go ahead. And I’ll have a look. Must be funny to watch.
Yes, I did hear of all those training courses, service improvement consulting etc. I can’t see any result! All the winners and even the participants of those programs must be working in all Macs except those where I’m a frequent visitor.
Why should I visit Macs so often if I hate their staff? The answer is clear – I love McDonald’s itself. And who knows where my love could be if I didn’t hate their stuff. Weird but true.
