I walk stright in and upto the recetion desk and ask for their experience sales man , and be stright about what car you want to take out, and you are short on time. I then give them about 1 min. and turn and leave. I have never had a salesman let me leave. I wear dress pants and an open neck shirt. and don't small talk. BTW i have never bought a BMW from a dealer but have test driven everyone and nearly every supercar with that approuch. Walk in with control and they will follow i started this when i 18years old. That last BMW dealership called the MD to bring his 750iL in as i had to have one in black and needed to see it. I know saleman can be jerks, so make them work for it.
