I hate BMW dealers. Maybe the company headquarters even don’t know what the hell happens to their dealers. Well, I can show off the truth.

Judging from all the responses (almost all positive) I guess you are in the right. I never cared much for BMW dealers anyway; have despised them since the day I went in to buy a new 328i and was ignored for more than an hour because the dealer probably thought I was probably too young to buy it and/or that maybe I just wanted a joyride or something.

Their cowboy outlook was all too clear to me. I could have paid in cash but their attitude was so off-putting that I’ve campaigned against BMWs and in favor of Mercedes (I bought a Benz the same day that I visited the nasty BMW dealership) to all my friends that are in the market for a luxury car.

A couple of months ago I came across a really nice 750iL and thought maybe that would change my mind (it was an indie dealer). But reading the posts about the horrid nature of E38 engines/radiators/transmission in general, decided to quietly skip it. Besides, that car had some issues that I didn’t feel comfortable about…anyway, all the best and I hope BMW relent and do what’s right.
